By using Pricelink, you agree to allow Pricelink to connect to your linked Walmart account or related services on your behalf. This may include retrieving or managing data available via third-party APIs. Pricelink assumes no responsibility for any damages or financial losses incurred from direct or indirect use of the service. You acknowledge that Pricelink relies on third-party APIs that may occasionally return inaccurate data. By using the platform, you accept these limitations and agree to hold Pricelink and its team harmless from any related claims.

Highlights

Pricelink is not affiliated with or endorsed by Walmart or any other third-party platform. Your use of Pricelink is entirely at your own risk, and Pricelink is not liable for any losses that may occur as a result of using the service.

Accounts

By creating an account, you agree to keep your login credentials secure and acknowledge the risks associated with unauthorized access. Account sharing is not permitted and may lead to suspension. Although we hash your passwords securely, Pricelink is not liable for breaches that occur beyond our control. Please report any suspected security issues to us immediately.

Payment

Pricelink is a paid subscription service, with billing on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Pricing may change without notice. All payments are final and non-refundable. Canceling a subscription means your access will continue until the end of the billing cycle.

No Refund Policy

All purchases through Pricelink are final. We do not offer refunds or partial credits for unused time.

Privacy

We use cookies and other tracking technologies to improve user experience. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to learn how your data is collected and used.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved via binding arbitration through the Israeli Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in the State of Israel. Either party may request an early neutral evaluation before arbitration begins.

You agree not to misuse or interfere with the functionality of Pricelink. Any activity beyond the intended use or in violation of these Terms may result in your account being suspended or terminated.

Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws while using Pricelink. Illegal activity will not be tolerated and may be reported to the authorities.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms. You may stop using Pricelink at any time, but any outstanding charges will remain due.

Modifications to Service

Pricelink may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from such changes.

All content, branding, and trademarks related to Pricelink are the property of Pricelink. You may not use them without written permission.

Entire Agreement
